Payment for all services is expected at the time of a patient's visit to the
office. As a courtesy our office staff will assist patients with claim
forms for their private health insurance. In many cases the Berks ENT
Surgical Associates office will directly bill your insurance company if we
have a contracted agreement to do so. Patients who have a co-payment
obligation through their insurance company are expected to provide the
payment at the time services are rendered.
